How much do phone numbers cost?

Phone numbers are included in all BatchDialer plans. Each plan includes a set number of phone numbers per agent, with the option to purchase additional numbers:

  • Starter: 10 included, additional numbers $2 each
  • Pro: 40 included, additional numbers $1.50 each
  • Enterprise: 100 included, additional numbers $1 each

Pro & Enterprise plans also include automated number replacement for reputation protection.

Why is dialing from more lines and phone numbers helpful?

Dialing from multiple lines lets you call multiple contacts at once, increasing your chances of reaching a live person and boosting conversations per hour. Using multiple phone numbers also spreads out call volume, helping protect your caller ID reputation and reduce spam flags as you scale.

What is the difference between a phone number and a line?

A phone number is what you dial from and what recipients see as your caller ID. A line determines how many calls you can make at once (typically 3–5 simultaneously). Cycling through multiple phone numbers helps protect your reputation, while more lines increase efficiency.

Why do I need to monitor my phone numbers?

Monitoring your phone numbers helps prevent spam flags, protect your caller ID reputation, and keep your connection rates high.

Does BatchDialer offer call recordings, and how long are they held for?

Yes. All calls can be recorded and accessed directly in your account for coaching, performance improvement, and record-keeping. Recordings are securely stored for 90–365 days based on your subscription level.

Does BatchDialer offer tools for agent training and performance management?

Yes. BatchDialer includes call recordings, live call monitoring, whisper coaching, and call barging features to help managers train and support their agents in real time. These tools make it easy to review conversations, provide feedback, and improve overall call performance.

Does BatchDialer have rapid fire dialing?

Yes. Rapid Fire Mode continuously loads new contacts for dialing as soon as a line finishes ringing, instead of waiting for all lines to clear. This keeps your dialing momentum high until a call connects. Once you’re connected to a live call, the system pauses dialing and resumes only when you mark yourself as available again.

Does BatchDialer offer local presence dialing?

Yes. With local presence dialing, BatchDialer automatically matches the area code of the number you’re calling, increasing the likelihood that your call gets answered.

Can BatchDialer monitor the reputation of my phone numbers?

Yes. All plans include phone reputation monitoring.

  • Starter includes monitoring (no auto-replacement).
  • Pro and Enterprise include monitoring with automatic number replacement to protect deliverability and connection rates.
How many phone numbers do I get during my trial?

During your trial, you can dial from 3 phone numbers.
