What is BatchDialer?

BatchDialer is a cloud-based multi-line dialing solution for small businesses and enterprises worldwide. It features a powerful outbound predictive and preview dialer, real-time analytics, and a built-in CRM tool for call management.

What’s the difference between the preview and predictive dialer?

Our preview dialer allows the caller to view contact details before initiating a call and is best for complex conversations where research is required. Our predictive dialer leverages AI to call multiple phone numbers simultaneously and is best for high-volume outbound dialing.

What makes BatchDialer different?

Unlike other dialers, BatchDialer offers property details on each address uploaded to help you analyze a lead easily. It also offers phone number reputation management to give you visibility on which phone numbers are clean or need to be replaced, automatic and unlimited phone number replacements for flagged phone numbers, an automatic litigator scrub, and more.

Can BatchDialer call multiple people at once?

Yes. BatchDialer’s Advanced plans allow you to call up to 5 people at once, helping you make more connected calls quicker.

What is AI Predictive dialing?

The predictive dialer uses AI to call multiple contacts in your lists at once. This enables you to connect with more people quicker, as the system can get through unanswered calls and move you onto the next contact. You won’t have to do anything other than wait until someone answers your call!

Does BatchDialer have a built-in CRM?

Yes. You can easily create appointments and tasks, categorize each call with a call result, leave notes, and manage call recordings. We also integrate with a variety of industry-standard CRMs.

Can BatchDialer scrub my lists for DNC numbers?

Yes. BatchDialer will not only give you the option to scrub out any numbers that fall on the Federal Do Not Contact list, but it will also scrub out litigators by default, ensuring you don’t call people you’d rather avoid.

Can I receive inbound calls in BatchDialer?

Yes. BatchDialer offers several inbound call options, including a classic callback in the system, IVRs, voicemails, and even a callforward number.

Does BatchDialer have integrations?

Yes. BatchDialer seamlessly integrates with softwares such as BatchLeads, Podio, Hubspot, Zapier and much more.

Can BatchDialer monitor the reputation of my phone numbers?

Yes. BatchDialer’s advanced plan includes phone number reputation monitoring and will display any carrier flags placed on your numbers. The advanced plan also includes unlimited replacement phone numbers so if you do happen to get a number flagged as spam, it will be automatically replaced if enabled. This ensures you’re only using clean numbers to call your contacts.

Will BatchDialer include photos of the properties I upload?

Yes. BatchDialer includes property details and photos on all imported property addresses. You’ll see information like vacancy status, MLS details, ownership length, preforeclosure status and much more.

Does BatchDialer have any AI capabilities?

BatchDialer includes an AI assistant to help you stay on top of your team, account management, best-performing campaigns and even to write scripts. It also has AI predictive dialing to call multiple people at once in your campaigns.

What kinds of contracts do you offer?

BatchDialer offers month-to-month subscriptions, annual contracts, and annual-paid-monthly contracts. Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Annual subscriptions and contracts are automatically renewed unless a cancellation notice is prior to the one-year anniversary of the initial sign-up date.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For annual and custom plans, ACH is available upon request. Contact sales for more information.

What happens when my free trial ends?

After your free trial period ends, you will be automatically billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan term and the price you selected at checkout. To request a product demo, please contact sales.

What is your refund policy?

Subscribers who choose month-to-month billing can cancel at anytime and they will not be charged for the following month. We do not offer partial refunds if you cancel before the end of your most recently paid billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts based on volume of seats/licenses?

We do offer volume-based discounts. Please contact sales for more information.

What are my available support channels and hours?

For all plans, standard customer support is available by chat, and email at support@batchservice.com. Chat is available by clicking the Batch ‘B’ located at the bottom left of each of our products and websites. If you do not see the Batch ‘B’, ensure you do not have popup or AdBlock enabled!

What's the benefit of personalized onboarding and training?

Our basic plan provides group onboarding and self-serve support & education. For advanced users, we offer dedicated meetings to assist with the configuration of BatchDialer’s advanced features. In addition, we provide comprehensive training on our reputation monitoring feature, as well as other consultation services to help our customers get the most out of our dialer solution.
