FAQs
1. Will BatchLeads and BatchDialer be fully integrated into PropStream?
Not right away. While the long-term vision is to create a more unified platform, all three tools will continue to operate independently for now, with integrations happening gradually based on user needs and feedback.
2. Will PropStream get a built-in dialer or SMS marketing tools?
A dialer integration is in development with plans to enhance PropStream’s marketing capabilities in the works.
3. Will pricing change for existing users?
No. There are no immediate changes to pricing for BatchLeads, BatchDialer, or PropStream users.
4. Will data from BatchLeads and PropStream be the same going forward?
PropStream will begin using BatchData as one of its data sources. However, each platform may still present data differently based on how it’s processed and displayed.
5. Can I use a single login for both platforms?
No. Because they are currently all separate products, you’ll still log in to each platform separately.
6. What’s the timeline for full integration?
A decision has not yet been finalized regarding the exact timeline of integration. Be sure to subscribe to the PropStream newsletter for the latest updates.
7. If I have a BatchLeads account, can I access PropStream too?
Not at this time. While integration is underway, BatchLeads and PropStream remain separate products, each requiring its own subscription and login. Access to one does not automatically grant access to the other.
8. Will BatchLeads and BatchDialer eventually be renamed or rebranded under PropStream?
There are no immediate plans to change the names; however, as integration continues, some branding updates may occur to reflect a more unified experience. For now, you’ll still see BatchLeads and BatchDialer offered as standalone tools.
